Kris Krueger Hypnosis

I recently had a powerful QHHT session with Kris. The process unfolded a story that put into perspective some of the major events and challenges in my life. I felt the truth of this on a deep level, and I felt so much freedom at the end. It helped me to understand where I am now, and how I can joyfully move forward. Kris expertly walked me through the session and guided me where I needed to go, while letting me go at my own pace. She was patient and compassionate, and always tuned in to what I needed. I felt safe and supported, which helped me to let down my guard and access at a deeper level than I could have on my own.

My guide summed it up this way... Kris is "a light in the dark to those who are lost." I needed answers. In fact, I was beyond needing answers. I needed an explanation of what's been going on in my life, but I was afraid of someone talking to my subconscious. Kris was more than welcoming, and happy to talk me through my concerns on more than one occasion prior to the hypnosis. The experience has been absolutely invaluable.

I had an incredible past life regression session with Kris Krueger. Cleverly, she was able to direct my Higher Self to show me what I was supposed to know in the past life that was affecting my present one. Every message I got made sense and helped me to see the bigger picture.
