I can't thank Dr. Wages enough! My adorable pup was so well taken care of under the supervision and care from this hospital. I had an accident with my puppy back in November with an unfortunate result of a broken back. Thanks to the team I had at Care First in Oberlin. My little Iris (pomeranian) has been able to show exceptional recovery results. Again, thank you for all you guys do in your fields. The professionalism and reassurance with transparency of the incident during the recovery process was what our family needed. Keep doing what you all are doing. Having Iris out of her cast was the best Christmas gift this year.

The facility and everyone who works there is so nice all around. Dr. Wages and Dr. Overton in particular have provided excellent routine care for our three pets and were especially helpful during a difficult time with our senior Chihuahua. They take the time to help us understand the issues and our options, all with such care and kindness, and do excellent work to keep our pets healthy and happy. So glad to have such wonderful pet healthcare close to home!.

Dr. Wages has taken such great care of our pets, especially Snickers our almost 14 year old dachshund. She helped heal her leg and now manage her pancreatitis. Teeth are next! Glad we found such a great veterinarian.

I brought my cat last night because he vomited 4 times in one day. I called many vets to ask if any of them had payment plans, and all of them recommended that I come here. I was attended and triaged by Katie and Rik. Katie is an AMAZING Vet Tech! She was incredibly attentive and listened to everything I had to say. She has such an amazing personality and made me feel reassured that I was doing the right thing by bringing him in. She was incredibly helpful and caring throughout the whole process and made me feel welcome. The provider that attended my cat was named Rik. Rik is an amazing provider and answered all of my questions throughout the entire visit. I 100% recommend coming to this Animal Emergency Hospital and Urgent Care to all! I will be letting all my loved ones with furry friends be aware of the amazing staff that works at this vet! Including Katie and Rik! Thank you all so much! My cat is feeling so much better and has stopped vomiting!.

My dog needed to be seen for a ruptured anal gland and the staff we worked with were so great. My pup can be nervous when being handled, especially when treatment is really involved, but he was at ease with the staff in the exam room. Dr. Waltz was great with him. She communicated expectations well and helped ease my own anxieties. Professional and kind staff all around. I would not hesitate bringing my dog back if we are ever in need again!.

I cant thank them enough! nova was not eating or drinking and there was something off with her. i took her to urgent care where they then told me i can either put her down or go to an emergency hospital but it would be pricey. i told them to refer me to this hospital and i couldn’t be happier. staff is very friendly and doctors are very knowledgeable. i want to thank the team that worked with nova, she is recovering from her surgery very well and she’s back to normal.
