I go here for drug court and the support from the drs, social workers, & pharmacy has been shocking in the best way. The dr I see for mental health really listens & prescribes medication so far that’s really helping me & some there social worker counselors are wonderful, especially Justin he’s an exceptional example of what you would want someone with his job to be. He really cares. Sometimes the staff upfront can come across rude but I think they just get frustrated there is a lot of craziness going on outside the building & I can only imagine how hard they must work daily.

New Waters is an incredible facility located in the heart of Raleigh. They have created a comfortable and compassionate space for individuals to begin their recovery journey. I had such a great experience at New Water Recovery! If I could give them ten stars, I would. The staff are super caring and compassionate. Coming off of fentanyl was tough, but they made me as comfortable as possible. These guys are the real deal! A++++!

I LOVE love love this place. I had to do volunteer work for my Intro to Social Work class at NCSU and I am so glad I did it here. The whole program is amazing beyond comprehension. Volunteering here gave me the motivation I needed to continue working towards my degree to work in a facility like Healing Transitions. The help they offer people in need is truly phenomenal :)

If you need help from a place like this, then this would be a great choice. Their staff is genuinely compassionate, and it's a safe place to get your life back on track. I have not required their services, but I have been to the facility frequently and have had experiences with the clients and staff both. Highly recommended!

I have been at the healing transition for a while now and I have learned so much about myself and how I recognize when I am starting to back lash they have taught me so much and been very supportive of me and my recovery I love each and every employee and client in both programs that they offer and I would advise anyone who needs help to come in and get the love and support you need.
