My daughter has been coming to Abilitations Childrens’ Therapy for 9 years and they have consistently advocated for my daughter since we started coming here. The staff is welcoming every time we step foot through the door. The therapists possess a wealth of knowledge with children that have complex medical conditions and are more than willing to collaborate with my daughter's medical team at Duke and UNC. Abilitations has also been a great resource on what would best suit my daughter's needs within her school environment and continue to collaborate with her therapist at school. I would highly recommend coming to Abilitations for your child’s therapy needs.

Ms. Melissa is absolutely amazing! She worked with my daughter for a year, and in just that short time span, we saw exponential growth, progress, and confidence! She genuinely cares about each of the students she sees. And she is so experienced, knowledgeable, and eager and willing to work with parents on any specific goals or issues. The best part— my daughter absolutely loves Ms. Melissa and enjoyed her sesssions with her, therefore learning so much! I would highly recommend Ms. Melissa to anyone needing OT services. I could not say enough in this review to express our gratitude with our speech therapist, Ms. Kaitlyn. We have received a great amount of support, positivity, and encouragement from our time working with her. My son loves her to pieces and so do I. My son has progressed with his vocabulary and social skills tremendously. Aside from speech, she was a great support system for us in other areas of Leo’s developmental needs.
