I was in need of a new place to go for contact lenses, as my optometrist had recently retired, and landed at Fusion after checking around online at various close options. They make scheduling very easy, and they were very quick with correspondence to verify the appointment time request. They had me in and out very quickly and everyone was very professional and polite. I’ll definitely continue going there and recommending them.

Staff is very friendly. I always feel like they are making sure I receive the best care and service. Dr. Bassiri answered my questions and made recommendations based on my family history which I appreciated very much. He did not make me feel rushed at all and was ready to answer my questions. I recommend Fusion eye care if your looking for a great experience.

I was thrilled to be able to get an appointment before the end of the year. I called any other offices who didn’t have any openings. The office is very welcoming, nice and very well run. All of the staff I encountered were friendly. I was fitted for contacts for the first time. Dr. Bassiri was very gentle and answered all my questions. The technician who did my contact training was super patient and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend Fusion Eye Care.

When I first walked in to Family EyeCare Center on Ramble Way I was greeted with friendly smiles. The staff made my young granddaughter and myself feel at ease as this was her first eye appointment. The staff took the time to explain to my granddaughter every step before it happened about how they were going to examine her eyes. The doctor was encouraging and patient with her. Once we chose her frames for her glasses the young gentleman who helped us was very kind and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend coming to the Ramble Way location in Raleigh for your glasses.

I have been going here for a few years now and every visit has been met with superior customer service. Dr. H is personable, listens, and answers questions thoroughly. He listened to me explain all my issues patiently and not have i felt dismissed or unheard. Everyone in the staff operates in the similar way. They are also super responsive to text, which is just an extra bonus of convenience! There’s no place like it in the triangle!! And specifically if you have BVD… this is the place to go to.

It’s our first time to visit this clinic, very pleasant surroundings, the receptionist are nice , the over all clinic and store are well organized, clean and comfy! Doctor and staffs are friendly and knowledgable. I will go back and make my appointment for myself as well.

Perla came to my rescue with outstanding patient care right as I was at the tipping point with insurance and ready to throw the towel in. I’ll never forget her care which has solidified me as a continuing patient at this office as long as she is there. Dr. Dhebaria is also exceptional. She is great at answering any and all questions that I have and is clearly passionate about what she does. She’s also worked with my daughter who adores her.

My visit at Eye Institute, Raleigh, was very professional, friendly, and informative. I was received with a smile and treated well from the receptionist to the doctors.
