YOBA STUDIO REVIEWS
I appreciate the unique movement program Sam and her team have created that connects all Yoba classes. I like the philosophy of encouraging movement because we can and we need it, not because we have to. There is no pushing but just facilitation to find the movement we need for our bodies. Plus, the classes are fun and the community and staff are welcoming.
I love the hot yoga classes and the flow to restore classes at Yoba. I have been coming here for a while now and have taken classes at the lot when it was warmer, indoors pre-pandemic, and currently with increased health/safety measures during the pandemic. Yoga is a great space to practice no matter what level you’re at, and it has made me stronger and more confident. The owner and staff are wonderful!
I love this studio! When I moved to this neighborhood, I really wanted to find a smaller gym to join and decided to check it out. Then, quarantine hit, but at least I was able to still enjoy video sessions. The studio has since reopened and it’s always a pleasant experience to join in-studio or my usual is to join outside yoga on the weekends. They take as many precautions as they can, the staff is always super friendly and engaging. It feels like a little family!

INDIGO HOT YOGA CENTER REVIEWS
I would give this place 6 stars if I could! I’ve been to several studios in Raleigh and I will be staying at this one. The teachers actually know what they are doing. The different classes actually have noticeable variation. There’s no “additional fee” for towel/mat service or even for bottled water! This is the first place I’ve actually felt like I am getting both mental and physical benefits from practice. I will definitely be recommending indigo yoga! I see a lot of comments about the smell of the floor, it must have been resolved because I noticed nothing.
Best yoga in Raleigh! Claudine and her staff are extremely professional, kind, and welcoming. Hot yoga is a must for your health and Indigo is the best place by far. Love you guys and thanks for all that you do :)
Claudine and her team are amazing people and instructors. Challenging, inspiring, and supportive. Always have clean towels, mats and mat covers, taking all of the effort out of going to yoga. Just show up and they take care of you. Been going for 3 years now, and won’t ever stop!

110 HOT YOGA REVIEWS
Best dang yoga studio in Raleigh. Everyone is very friendly and they really emphasize the value of moving well. I've learned so much about strength and muscle engagement, benefits I didn't really expect. Plus my knee pain is gone! Every teacher/instructor has given a positive & unique experience, but my favorite classes so far have been with Daniela, Brittani, Lucille, Cristina, and Matt. It's great having such variety of quality instruction.
110 Hot Yoga is a great studio. I came to Raleigh for a few days for work and feel very fortunate to have found this place. No need to look elsewhere. This is the spot for you. Christina is a great instructor and has done an amazing job with the studio. Looking forward to my next trip to Raleigh.
110 yoga is a great studio and has a welcoming environment for everyone! The instructors are great and despite being a novice at yoga I was able to follow along and had an awesome time. If you are looking for a place to increase your wellness I can’t recommend 110 Yoga enough.
