The Featherlane Design Team was amazing! They were professional and personal at the same time. I had specific concerns; one was my fireplace overpowered the room and short of tearing it down, I had no ideas. The Team listened to my concerns and provided a solution that addressed the proportion of the fireplace, brightened the entire room, and enhanced the decor. I was delighted with the results. A second major concern was the flow of the entryway to the dining room through the living room. The Featherlane Team respected the life left in pieces of furniture and the sentimental value of other pieces. The Team outlined a cohesive design for all three rooms respecting my wishes. Again, I was absolutely thrilled with the results and not spending money replacing pieces I loved. One aspect the Team handled extremely well was to explain the process and the fee structure, which was more than reasonable for the value I received. There were several emails and phone calls with the team prior to their home visit. The Team was very patience in answering my question. They were thoughtful with their design and very respectful of the budget I set. I highly recommend Featherlane Design and they will be my first call when I need to refresh my decor.

Over the past five years, I've partnered with Featherlane for a range of services—from staging and remodel design to a recent new construction build. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking a meticulous team for remodel projects, realtors in need of top-notch staging, or those looking for premier design services in Chattanooga when building their new home.

Cassie and her team designed a kitchen remodel for my family. We wanted the color scheme to match the furniture and pottery we already owned as several of the items are family heirlooms. Featherlane provided us with an excellent design and the kitchen is beautiful.

Tiffany and Mary Helen transformed our home from dark and dated to modern and amazing! Working with them on our renovation of our main level made the process less stressful. Having them guide us through all the main decisions from design, cabinets, flooring, artwork and everything that the renovation needed. They had a vision I could not have dreamed of, the results are truly incredible! I am so grateful to them for all that they did for our renovation. They were always available for the smallest questions to the major ones. I can not say enough how professional and truly the nicest people to work with.
