Great work! Their proposal was well put together- covering all of the details. Mo handled all of the logistics with the supplier. Carlos handled the onsite supervision of the crew. The crew’s work was meticulous. Sentri Roofing’s quote was the lowest and they were qualified to do the work- out of five proposals received. I appreciate the strong communication from Mo and Carlos, and the crew’s quality of work. During the on-site work a drone was in the air providing pictures of the progress.

After a bad storm we had to several large holes and trees in/on our roof. Michael McKeel came out immediately and helped us get the trees off of our house. He worked diligently to make sure we were safe! From the repair estimate to checking on us as the roof was being installed, he was there every step of the way answering any questions and making us feel as comfortable as possible. The roof looks AMAZING! We can’t say enough about the customer service and promptness that everyone involved showed. 10/10 recommend.

We recently had our roof replaced by American Roofing Company in Chattanooga TN. The entire process was made seamless. It started with a call to Adam Piotrowski, he came out the same day and inspected our roof, he even came back and joined our insurance adjuster during his visit to be sure nothing was overlooked. The installation team also did a great job installing and their clean up was wonderful too. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.
