We were in the market for an affordable- no contract exterminator. After calling several companies, we found Arrow Exterminators!! Maddie was very professional & explained everything in detail & answered all my questions. When we met Kevin, our service technician, he was knowledgeable about pest control & very conscious of our needs & concerns. Very happy! Highly recommend!!

I have had zero issues since have the service. Chris has always been friendly and professional. He is also flexible with my schedule which is awesome as well. I love not having ants,wasps,spiders, etc. Makes my home look and feel better inside and out. Highly recommended! Price is worth the service and is absolutely affordable.

Arrow Exterminators employs professional and courteous office staff. The termite system installer, Duke, was on time for the appointment and was very courteous and professional. There price is reasonable. I will recommend Arrow to my family and friends.

From start to finish, the experience was awesome! I called to set up service on a Monday, and was able to get an appointment the next day! Their staff are super nice and address all of your questions and concerns. Their receptionist, Emily, is an absolute sweetheart! She went over everything with me, answered all of my bazillion questions, and chatted with me for a few minutes about nonsense making me feel like I was not “just another potential client”. I made sure to tell her boss how awesome she is, but he already knew. Lol! During my service, I was surprised to discover that the person doing my free termite inspection was actually the GM, Josh! I love seeing managers who aren’t afraid to be in the trenches with their team! It is obvious that he takes a TON of pride in his staff, his clients, and the business itself. Josh went over the cost of preventative treatment, but didn’t try to make a hard sale, which I appreciated. The tech for my mouse and insect control was Logan, who was equally as amazing! He was super thorough when he was working, and explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. Extra kudos to Logan for how great he was with my son! He took the time to respond to the crazy questions he had and the conversations he started. He also pointed out a few of the different types of bugs outside. He even took a look at the little mini garden that my son just HAD to show him. Logan had mostly packed up when he asked us if there were any other areas of concern. My son pointed out a fire ant colony in an old stump, which Logan quickly took

Sam crump was my bug sprayer and did a great job covering my entire property. Service was quick and easy. Everything used is safe for dogs and children and was quickly applied everywhere. Already seeing a difference.

Tanner Renfro did a great job. Spotted a black widow as he was coming through the gate I had been going in and out of for the past 2 days! He had time to talk to me about what was going on in my yard and made sure my bug needs were met! Highly recommend this company
