Our garage door spring snapped and the door wouldn’t open. Jean-Paul came out, and found that not only had the spring snapped, but the cables were kinked, the bearings all shot, and the rollers worn out. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was making an informed decision as to what I wanted done. He didn’t push me to make a bigger sale. Very knowledgeable and experienced! He completed the job in short order and had everything needed on hand to prevent delays. Once he was done, the door operates so quietly. All we can hear is the motor. No more rattling rollers or door shifting as it opens and closes. A job well done and they will have our business again!!!.

The spring on my garage door had broken along with a few other things that needed to be repaired. Tony arrived on time and in the best mood ever, ready to get the job done. He assessed the entire garage door and quoted me a reasonable price. Tony made all the repairs in less than two hours, and his workmanship is impeccable. I was very pleased and impressed with the work that he completed. Tony is very knowledgeable about the work that he does, and was very professional as well. I had my garage door replaced, I got quotes from 4 different companies. Northgate Doors is the best I worked with, reasonably priced, they had the highest R value on the garage door I wanted, the entire staff was knowledgeable from the estimator to the installer, and the installer cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend Northgate Doors if you are looking to get your garage door replaced.

You did a great job on our garage door installation, carefully explaining the opener functions and offering options on placement of in-garage control pad. The door looks great and works so quietly, and the remote opens the door far enough away to have the door open by the time I’m ready to put the car in the garage! Thank you for your excellent service.

We are very pleased! The technician was very thorough. His instructions were understood. He was glad to help when asked if he would program our keypad and car. Accomplished both with no problem. We cannot say enough good things.

Garage doors have become very expensive in the last few years. We had a consultation. We were provided with booklets re: brands, designs and colors. We were able to view an exact color sample. Tyson and Matt came and installed our doors. They were efficient with their work and respectful of our property.

Tyson and Jonathen were great. Showed up quickly and on time and had my garage door fixed without going back for parts. Our second door had a problem previous companies said couldn’t be fixed without buying new door. But these knew just what to do. Very professional.
