MALONE HEAT & AIR REVIEWS

Malone seriously saved the day! Our heat starting acting up last night and it wasn't safe to run. With a cold, snowy weekend ahead of us, I was pretty nervous. I called Malone at about 9:00 this morning and by early afternoon, Jacob came to the rescue. Jacob hit the ground running and diagnosed and fixed the problem in under an hour. If Malone hadn't taken care of us so quickly today, we likely would have had to abandon ship, because if there's snow tomorrow there's no chance of getting down my hill, and there's no way we could stay in the house with no heat. Thanks Malone, and thanks Jacob!

I called about getting my HVAC serviced and they scheduled a technician for the next day. They called in the morning to confirm before the sending the technician out and the Tech called again once he had arrived. Work was fast and Jeff was very kind and straight forward with his review and maintenance of my unit. Couldn't be happier with the service!

Malone has always taken great care of us. They kept our 25+ year old unit running as long as it was practical until we finally had them replace it. Since then they have taken great care of any minor issues and maintenance. Our last technician was Jeff, who was a total pro and great to work with.

METRO PLUMBING, HEATING & AIR REVIEWS

Metro is always my household's go to for any heating and plumbing issues. This week they sent over Ben to our hvac wiring issue resolved and he did just that! He was very knowledgeable, respectful and time efficient. Overall one of the best agents we have had. Thanks Ben for your service and dedication and thanks Metro for always being a phone call away for any of our needs and having the best guys to come out! You guys are number 1 in my book!

Richard and Cody were great. They helped me understand my HVAC and septic to know what to look out for if I have any issues in the future. Their very informative and don't try to push any purchases on you like most of the other company's I've dealt with. If you ever need work done call and ask for Richard and Cody. Can't thank them enough for all of the help and expertise.

I love the transparency and expertise in their work. Paul came as he promissed and did thorough inpection of all aspects of our HVAC system. He noticed flaws and offered top notch solutions. Great job!
