Stunningly Staged Homes

I’m a real estate broker and recently used Melissa Diaz from Stunningly Stage Homes to stage a listing I had that was a gorgeous house but was empty and looked smaller than it was. After hiring Melissa, we put together a plan to stage certain rooms that would make the house look bigger and fabulous. The bedroom downstairs looked too small for a bedroom but after Melissa staged it, it looked big enough for a queen size bed and two nightstands. I truly believe that the staging sold the house.
