Ramen Hub & Sushi

Sophea the manager was very attentive, nice and welcoming. The entire staff makes you feel welcome. They explain the menu which isn't complicated at all but there are a few good suggestions when it comes to the ramen and the sushi. The ramen is very tasty, we got the one with pork. The broth is very rich in flavor. Make sure to get the Hawaiian poke bowl with the brown rice. You can't go wrong with any sushi roll there. The appetizers are also on point. They are a deep fried goodness. Make sure to save room for dessert for the macaroon ice cream sandwiches. The deep fried ice cream is astounding. They deep fry it with some tempura. One of the good things about this restaurant is that they are open late during the weekend.

So fun, good food selection and helpful employees! The sake bombs are so fun with a group of friends. Alex was super knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Gio the other server was super funny and friendly! Good vibes on a weekend night.

I'm just going to say it, "this place don't miss." I love the poké bowl! And they aren't cheap with their sushi amounts. Ramen is on point too. Staff is young but friendly as well. If you are in line, wait for it seriously.
