I been in Vallejo for years and drove by this business way to many time without stopping. If I would have known the impeccable service and how they made me feel like part of the family I would have been going there for all my jewelry and watch repair needs. I only been there twice and I will say they made me feel like i been coming here for years. The service and conversation felt like you could stay there all day. Bill had also gave me a pardon gift which stunned me even more. They have incredible prices for high end items. I would definitely trust them with any timepiece or jewelry of mine in the future. If you have not been there , stop by they been around for more then 50 years. Thank you for serving Vallejo.

I really don't understand the 1 star reviews. The intittlement is real..sad..... BILL is older so yes your going to.have to adjust you expectations like hearing and that shouldn't be a problem for those that respect our Legends, our Elders... As foe quality of work., I'd rather cone to them than any.other. I come in from fairfield to vallejo..5 stars baby.
