My boyfriend and I went to Arrowhead to find a bridal set and stopped at Kay first. I'm glad we did because all of our needs were met. Tim went absolutely above and beyond to find exactly what I liked and wanted, even when I didn't have the vocabulary to explain exactly what that was. He was very genuine, caring, and patient with me as I tried on and judged countless engagement rings and wedding bands. He was respectful of my boyfriend's price range as well. I didn't expect to find my dream set at Kay, but I did. Thanks again to Tim and Kay for making my dream come true.

When picking up an online order, Mari and Sara went above and beyond helping me do an exchange. The store was very busy right before Christmas and Mari spent at least 45 minutes on the phone with support to have my account fixed. They were both just wonderful to work with.

Was absolutely satisfied with my experience with Tim. He was way more personal able and less pushy to just sell. He had look out for the deals and saving money which I can’t complain. I walked out with more than expected and a way better feeling than I had last encountered. He was understanding and knew what we wanted before we had seen it. Very knowledgeable on all questions we had and knew the best solution. Couldn’t be happier, we will only be back to see Tim in the future. Great job, keep up the good work.
