We had an amazing experience at Yates. We had my family heirloom diamond placed in a new band at a great reasonable price and at a timely manner. It looks amazing! Justice was very kind, she helped us to choose the best options/designs and was at front with all the costs and very good at responding questions we had. She was also great at communicating and reaching out throughout the whole process and we are so appreciative of that. Something remarkable was that as a young couple most jewelry stores we went to did not taken seriously, but they did. We will for sure come back and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy jewelry store.

Bought my wedding band through Yates. They were wonderful to deal with. They're in California, I was in Massachusetts, everything was super convenient. Discussed customization and sizing via text message. It came out perfectly how I wanted it. I was a little worried when ordering how the customization would go, but everything was so easy. When it arrived it made my wedding feel like it was finally really happening. And just took away any anxiety and made me purely excited for the big day.

Great local Jeweler with no pressure. Very unique (not commercial / mass produced) selection, with friendly staff that take time to listen to what you're looking for, whether you're shopping, browsing, or just getting ideas. I visited all of the "top rated" jewelry stores in my area and while some are comparable, others are over prices and make you feel compelled. Here was so relaxing and pleasant, with fair prices and selection that I'll be coming back here when the occasion arises. No I wasn't paid for my review, this is just my personal take; but I've got a small business as well so it's nice to see & support other small businesses with values.
