A friend needed a copy of his birth certificate. A call in advance was answered by a very polite gentleman who gave instructions on what to bring and directions on how to get there. In and out in 15 minutes !!!
Nice big building. Opens early so you can get inside and out of the elements. They have the radio playing and everyone is nice, welcoming and friendly.

BOXWOOD HALL STATE HISTORIC SITE REVIEWS
Super cute old house. You can park right through the narrow alley in the back, go through the back door up the ramp. Probably takes 30 minutes to take a tour of the first and second floors from the lady. Say hi to the big orange cat, Puff Daddy, on your way out!
The host lady was very educated and knows a lot of history. She can be quoted for research purposes. Awesome place to visit. Alexander Hamilton lived here once.
Love it so much and incredible how a house could last so long 100's of years, you have to go see it yourself.
