Love this place, the whole family enjoyed this day. All the things that we've seen in this place is just amazing.. The cheapest way to be up and about, so much to see and do, specially for the little ones. There's free candy at heavenly candy store, we even got to try chocolate covered crickets, it was interesting thought I was going to die after I ate it but it was actually good.

Ive lived in California for most of my life so when I decided to take a trip up north to Sacramento I knew I had to visit our state capitol. I went on their website to find out information and was excited to fins out they do tours. Parking was pretty easy to find on a Tuesday as there are tons of metered spots all around. The entrance however is a bit confusing because you can't actually enter from the front. You need to go to either side and pass through security.

I really enjoy this school house! As far I know, this is just one of two Old Western Day of one room school houses! The other is in child friendly Oklahoma City, the great capitol of OKLAHOMA, think called Harnstead House And Museum! That one, I got try churn butter like they did in 1907 (when they became state)! This one in Sacra, capitol of California, they have docents dress as school teachers! One can even sit at the desks!
