A group of ladies and I recently took a limo to Amador County wine tasting. Limo Club made our winery reservations, were flexible when the plan somewhat changed and was on time picking us up. Our driver Tony was so much fun and very professional. Every time we would get out of the limo to go into a winery, he would clean out the limo and restock with clean glasses. Neumann was a savior for our wedding. Our venue was located just outside of Truckee but all local transportation was booked. Although they primarily service the Sacramento area, they were quick to take on the challenge of transporting 150 guests. We ended up adjusting our reservation and they were quick to refund the buses we no longer needed. We are grateful for their contribution to our special day.
We booked Neumann's as conference shuttle. Our experience from reservation, pick up, drop off and payment was flawless. We had a friendly driver which was on time both times. The bus was clean and the size met our needs. The Admin people were friendly and very accommodating to our group size changes .
This company saved the day! I needed a bus next day and the following, they made it happened!! All of their staff were polite and kind on the phone and the driver, Ian, was AMAZING! Many thanks to their team.
