My partner and I used Joyeux Events for our wedding planning. We used their coordination package and worked with Makenna. Makenna was awesome from the start of her involvement. She helped work with us to create our timeline, decide on decor, create a seating chart, organize with vendors and venue, and handled many of our rentals / printing needs as well. Makenna met with us over zoom multiple times and we exchanged many emails. She guided us through the process and provided her professional input when we asked. During the day of she made sure that my partner and I were not worried about anything and was always there to make sure we were happy. She setup the decor, brought us food / drinks after the ceremony, handled the vendor coordination, and did clean up after the event ended. We would recommend Joyuex Events to anyone looking for a wedding planner / coordinator. Makenna was professional and her experience showed.

We just had our wedding in April 2024 with Makenna and Joyeux in Sacramento County and it was literally perfect. We used Joyeux for all of our decor rentals, their 70-day coordination, and their bridal concierge service and I'd 100000% do it again. Makenna has an attention to detail that is unmatched and she's fully prepared for any potential problem. She's so easy to communicate with and she's just a really genuinely nice person that wants you to have the best day. Additionally, I met with Jess about decor rentals and my vision for the day and she couldn't have been more helpful in providing the correct items to make that vision a reality. It was so nice to not have to worry about anything on my wedding day, and with Joyeux, I didn't have to worry about literally anything! You won't regret working with them!

Mae is an amazing wedding Planner. I worked with her as a vendor on a wedding in August and she was not only easy to work with, but was ahead of everything. Before the wedding, I had everything I needed to arrive and know exactly where I was going and where to park and unload. She was very responsive and easy to get a hold of on the day of. All of these things make a great planner, but her friendliness made it all that better to work with. I would recommend May 10 times more to anyone looking for a wedding planner that can design a beautiful wedding, but is also such a great vendor communicator!!
