This was a great historic site and museum that's definitely worth a visit if you're in Boston. It's not an all day destination, but the prices reflect that at. We spent about 30-45 minutes here, and we're glad that we did. The workers were very friendly and knowledge.
I have been to Boston a few times for the Marathon but never really did the history walk. I went inside this place, and I am glad I did. The "history actors" were so informative and interesting that I could have stayed much longer. I would put this on your list.
This museum is a great spot with so much history. Definitely recommend if you’re after a more cultural experience of the city. It’s also reasonably priced and easy to take yourself round while still learning a lot.

Very beautiful amazing place, I have made the 3D puzzle of this historic building because I love it's architecture and the revolutionary history associated with it, you can get a kit of my 3D by seaching for Models of Monuments on google/Instagram/Facebook or visit the Old State House Museum. It' s one of Boston's must-see places.
Beautiful historic building with some interesting exhibits. Had a bunch of great activities for the kids that including some learning about colonial Boston and the meeting house.

Definitely a great state house with tines of history, artifacts, and interesting designs. The state house is probably worth four stars but both the extreme interest the Senate and house have around fish--and the unique eye-level tradition in the senate--make this state capitol one of the more interesting capitols. I highly recommend taking a tour with a tour guide. Our tour guide was nice and she provided a lot of information. The tour is free and lasts around 30 to 45 minutes.
The Massachusetts State House is a beautiful, iconic building with a fascinating history. When you're spending time in Boston Commons, it's worth the walk up the hill to see the State House up close. The history of the dome is fascinating, and (yeah, I'm just going to say it) if you're a fan of The Departed, it's fun to check out the building. Spending some time visiting the Massachusetts State House during a visit to Boston is well worth it.
