TREASURED HANDS NAIL & BEAUTY SALON REVIEWS

Treasured Hands is my favorite nail salon in back bay. The salon itself is extremely clean and peaceful. There are no TVs- which I like- but always good tunes. All the nail techs are skilled in different methods and want to make sure you’re happy with your nails and will periodically check in to make sure you love the shape and color. I’ve never had to wait long to be seen and am always happy leaving with a fresh new set. The owners are also very friendly and attentive to their customers. So grateful to have this salon so close to home.

Cannot recommend this place enough! I’ve had my set for over 4 weeks now and I just got asked whether I recently had them done because they still look as new! The customer service is 10/10. They make sure you are 100% happy with your set before walking out and they create a very comfortable environment for you to speak out if you want them to change anything. I will now be making this my regular salon and I can’t see myself going somewhere else while I live in Boston.

They did such a wonderful job!! All the technicians are lovely and very friendly. They do their due diligence and are very meticulous with all the designs. I never feel rushed and always feel like they take their time to ensure I have the perfect design.

By far the best nail salon that I’ve been to in Boston/Back Bay. This is my new go to spot. I’ve only been twice so far, and have had My and Anna as nail techs. Both are incredible and take their time. All the employees are talented. My manicure lasts perfectly for at least 3 weeks, which is way longer lasting than the other nail salon I first tried in the city. Today, I went and saw Anna and got the cutest holiday manicure. I haven’t ever done a nail design, and I came with an inspiration photo and she nailed it! Looks exactly like the photo. The nail salon is clean, easy to find, and all the staff is so friendly. If you are looking for the best nail salon in Boston, I’d recommend Bostons Nail and Spa, hands down.

After a debacle of a first try at a salon in Natick(dip powder) and an unnecessarily expensive second try(getting it off) in Needham, I finally found a good nail salon on my third try who was able to make my poor nails look great for a wedding! Milan was very understanding and did a great job helping me find a length and shape that would go well with my wide nail bed. So grateful! She was so quick too, very experienced(did extensions, and French manicure with precision and quickly), could communicate in English so I was able to let her know what I needed and she was able to explain to me what would work best. They were very busy but still paid attention to detail. Glad I found them.

The person I have been going to is amazing! I do a structure fill with gel polish every 3 weeks and they always look amazing, there aren’t any imperfections and they last the entire 3 weeks without breaking, pealing, or chipping. She is also an artist and when I add nail art they are perfect! I’ve also had other techs at this location fill in and have been almost as amazing. I’d highly recommend you give them a shot.

Great work! Just walked in and they instantly made time for me. Definitely a very neat and detailed manicure with a great hand massage in the end. All in all I paid 40$ for a gel manicure. They also got a great color selection of OPI. Will be back.

Kimmy did a cateye gel mani for me. Incredibly smooth application and close to my cuticle without contacting my skin. Amazing. I’ll definitely come back ???? Mani-pedi was $95 before tip.

Ladies were very thorough; they prepped well for regular polish. A clean, sanity and relaxing environment.
