Thoroughgood House

I came here with a friend for the ghost tour. The house itself is very old, quaint, and nestled in front of a beautiful garden. Our tour guides were very friendly and informative, giving detailed accounts of historical and paranormal happenings in the area. You may feel a heavy presence or cold spots in some areas of the house, and that’s part of the fun. The hot cider, cookies, and campfires afterward was a nice touch!

Ghost tour tonight. Tour guide walked us around the outside of the house and then took us on the tour of the inside. It was very informative and at the end of the tour we got to walk around the museum in the n adjacent building. Will definitely have to go again during the daytime to properly see the landscaping.

We had a great family afternoon at this lovely historic home and museum. The guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. We enjoyed the gardens after the tour. Recommend!
