Mike told me to take a picture of my broken multi-function sprinkler head. I texted it to him and he told me, at no charge, how to fix it myself for $5. You don't get customer service like this anymore. Mike is the exception.

Mike was very helpful. I needed my sprinkler repaired and he explained what I would need to do so I could do it myself instead of having to pay $250+ to have someone come out. Very much appreciated!

Spoke with the owner and he was fantastic. Saved me $ by teaching me a quick fix versus them coming out to do the same. Thank you!
