I called up to get an estimate for replacing a Rain Bird irrigation valve. I explained the issue and Mike said the estimate, to resolve the problem, parts and labor, would be $400. He then gave me an alternative, if I wanted to try it. He sent me a YouTube video on possible solutions. I watched it and was then able to solve the problem, myself. I contacted Mike to let him know I had been successful. He said he was happy that he was able to help me. It is rare when I find a service provider willing to help, even at the expense of making a sale/service call. I now have RotoTillerGuy as my first contact for my home irrigation an sprinkler system needs.

I had an extremely difficult time with my Rain Bird Sprinkler Control System. I called Mike. He asked me to send him a picture of the unit. He said maybe he could save me some money over the phone. Mike walked me through the entire control system on the phone, and got the system operating. He did not charge me for his help. In the future when I have any more trouble, I am going to call Mike. He is a very honest man!!!
