I was referred to HCL by James River Transport. I received fantastic service from Ric and Jim for my commute to and from the Norfolk Airport. Both arrived early and dropped me off faster than expected! It took the stress away from guessing if I'd have reliable transportation for my mini vacation. You guys are fantastic! I would suggest just adding the license plate for the vehicle when you text the vehicle description in the future.
Horseless Carriage was wonderful. They communicate clearly to insure correct times. If flying, they check flight information, so there is no need to panic when flight times change. They are friendly and courteous. It was a stress free experience!
This was perfect for our 4 am trip to the airport - a great relaxed start for our vacation. Our driver was on time and very courteous. It was easy to make the reservation. Would highly recommend.
