First time here, and had a great experience! I felt very welcomed by both staff and the Dr. It was nice to find a place that still holds value in treating people like people. And who takes the time to provide informed care with patients. I often feel pushed out by Dr's or feel as if Im bothering them with my questions and concerns. Especially as someone with neurodivergence. But I feel I had the Dr.'s undivided attention the whole time. Staff were also very knowledgeable and shared information that aligned with the Dr's assessment. Everyone spent time talking to me and answering my questions. Lots of transparency with billing and procedures and no pressure to decide on next steps in the moment. Highly recommend! They truly represent their 5 star review! It was also a nice, clean, and quiet office. For my sound sensitive folks, this is a gem.

I was with my previous dentist in Fremont for a long time, so I was hesitant making the switch to a new dentist, but I’m so glad I did! Dr. Tsai is very friendly and knowledgeable; he is straightforward and does not try to upsell any products or services. His staff is also very friendly and welcoming.

I have super sensitive teeth so dental cleanings make me super nervous. But Dr. Tsai is patient with me and takes his time to ensure I’m not uncomfortable.

Great front desk staff, they were very friendly and welcoming! I had issues with verifying my dental insurance and was charged a temporary copay of $25. However, once my cleaning was over the receptionist was able to get my insurance verified and refunded my copay The dental hygienists were nice and knowledgeable. So was the dentist who was very friendly and took time to explain my teeth and next steps for care. I will definitely be returning back for my dental care and highly recommend the Fab Dental Team beautiful and professional office as well.

Ever since I've moved to the east bay, ive always been scared to go to the dentist. Fab dental staff have always made it so easy to come by and get through my procedure. Each time I come they always go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and safe. All of my procedures have been easy and pleasany despite my huge fear of needles. I would definitely recommend coming here and I hope this clinic gets more traction. All my love and support for Fab Dental.

First dentist i’ve ever been to where I didn’t feel like I was being scammed or pressured into spending the almost maximum. They do a lot of pictures and scans and take the time to really explain what is going on inside your mouth. Wish i would’ve started out with this place. Would’ve saved me a lot of time and money.

The team at Highland Dental is awesome! The place is clean, modern and they use all the latest techniques. I usually see Dr. Brittany, but Dr. Tran is also great. The staff is so personable - they remember details about me and my family (Rudy, one of the hygienists, has an incredible memory!). They are such a great team! The office feels comfortable, safe, friendly and professional. Bonus that you can watch your favorite Netflix shows while in the chair for treatment! 10 out of 10, I highly recommend.

The staff are so very nice and friendly during my visit into Highland Dental of Hayward. The dentist and assistant did a good job in the procedure I have received today. But the procedure makes me gag while they worked on both sides of my mouth to treat cavities. I wish they would don’t pressure in my mouth that causes my gagging.

Great experience! Everyone there is so professional, hygienist Rudy very professional and took his time doing my cleaning... office is very clean and has a very good vibe. I really recommend highland dental!.
