We were on our morning walk. As we arrived at our grass hill I let the leash go and slung the Frisbee. Layla took off in a graceful run. Just as she reached the disk she let out a loud cry. She turned around looking for me. When I was spotted, Layla started crying and as she gave me a sad look, Layla lifted her little paw in the air. We've been together for 3 and a half years and I have never seen her with the facial expression she was showing me. She was looking for daddy to make the hurt go away. I couldn't keep the floodgate closed. As the tears were rolling down my face l picked Layla up and rushed my baby to Gentle Care, it was a block away. This was our first visit and I was so grateful that they took Layla right in. The staff and doctor are very friendly and compassionate. I'm sure Layla's pain was visible in both of our eyes and the staff made sure both of us were comfortable and calm. Everyone there is great.

Gentle care is nice and clean, staff is awesome, I had been to a few veterinary, gentle care is the best! Front desk Betty and Sofia are friendly, Dr Yoon is professional and patient, service is great, reasonable price, my senior great dane was well taking care, i highly recommend.

Great caring people. Vets and techs get to really know your dog. My 14 and 12.5 old pups are still going strong thanks to the vast knowledge and willingness to try different treatments.

I adopted my first Pet (Harper the cat) since April 5 2023, from an overcrowded shelter (yes she almost got euthanized). After more than a year, I finally brought her to do some checkup and vaccinations, and my friend recommended Alta Vista Veterinary Clinic. My whole experience in this place has been great. They let me know in advance what need to be done, how much it cost, why it needs to be done, etc. After the treatment, my cat looks and acts even better than before, and it also gives me a great peace of mind that my pet's health is in good hands. I will come back again (at least once a year for a checkup, or anytime when my little Harper needs medical assistance). Overall, this is a 5/5 experience.

Doctor Budde is the best friend for your pet. The staff is very caring and really cares for all animals. Great service and quality of care are the best. I recommend Alta Vista Veterinary to everyone who has pets. Always a special, so check with the office often for care tips and services.

Dr. Buddy is probably the best out there she understands your situation and can find out the best way to help your pet! Louie has been a regular since he was born and will be bringing all my pets here.
