I had an excellent experience with Dr. Jodi Shepard, O.D. She is professional, thorough, and truly cares about her patients. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Shepard took the time to explain everything during my eye exam and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. I felt confident that I was in good hands throughout the appointment. The office is well-organized, and they have a great selection of frames if you’re in need of glasses. I highly recommend Dr. Shepard for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring optometrist. I’ll definitely be returning for future visits.

I’m pretty sure I already reviewed my experience. It was great. The only thing that could be better is that I can do without quite so many reminders. I think I was asked to confirm my appointment no less than 6 times. And I submitted a positive review for my doctor as I was walking to my car afterwards (because I got a reminder to do that.) Here again, four days later, I’m being nagged to review my experience. Well, here you go.

Dr Malak is amazing! So caring with her patients. She is thorough with her exams and makes sure to take time to answer any questions that you have about your vision. She is truly an amazing Dr that goes above and beyond what is expected. I have worn glasses all my life and she is definitely the best in her field.

Dr Malak was very detailed and thorough with her explanations. The process was easy and there was no pressure to decide on something that day. I went in thinking it would be like a car dealership, but it was far from! Everyone was really nice.

I have been going to Dr. Malak ever since I got glasses 40 years ago, she is wonderful. Brenda who helps with frames is very patient and helpful in giving you all options available, I have been going to target for along time.

First of all I been coming here for years! The manager gena and staff are amazing! This is my go to place to get glasses. The selection of frames to choose from is hands down the best in the Bay Area.
