Mr. Electric of Chattanooga

So my wife was vacuuming using a receptacle in our main bath and she noticed an ozone smell coming from the bathroom. I can do simple repairs my self but once I turned off the breaker and seen the cluster of wires and electrical tape I knew I was in trouble so I called and told them what was happening. The person I spoke with seemed genuinely concerned and was able to get me a tech out within an hour. Once Allen got to my home and seen what I was dealing with he done a full inspection on my home and had some great recommendations in order to update and ensure our safety. This being an older home and having no prior issues before it made me realize I should have checked this stuff out when we bought. But thankfully he was able to give us peace of mind and also fix our issue that we had. I will definitely have them back out to follow up on his recommendations for the rest of my home. Mr. Electric gets 5 stars from me!

The team that I was sent was very efficient and friendly. They quickly started the repairs/replacements and completed them in one day. I really did appreciate this because I had power cut to one part of my house and had a deep freezer and fridge to worry about. They even showed us the completed work and made sure we were happy with it. The financing portion was easy to apply for as well.

It was easy to make an appointment. Came out the same day a gave me a quote. Andy completed the job with and kept me updated on everything. Emailed me the invoice with pictures of the completed job. Would highly recommend and will use them again in the future.
