Great customer service and fast, effective technicians. The admin staff did a great job with confirming dates and times, both by phone and email. The tech, Michael, was punctual, friendly, and a hard worker. He competently ensured all items needed for correction from inspection were completed to code and with the right parts (which were not as readily available as one would hope). Michael also conferred with his team to make sure a circuit issue was addressed in the most safe and cost effective way. All around a great experience and I won’t hesitate to call this company for electrical work in the future. Thank Michael!

Super happy with this company, especially their electrician, Michael. He came in between the time frame I was told over the phone and went right into figuring out what my problems were. He thoroughly explained what was happening and offered recommendations on how to find/prevent the same issues in our future home(s). Awesome same day service. Adam was friendly efficient, meticulous and professional. Not only did he fix the problem but also looked out for our well-being by addressing a problem that could have impacted our safety. I enjoyed the hour we spent together.
