Mark P. with Best Inspection did a wonderful job on a pre-purchase inspection for my wife and I. He extremely courteous and thorough in regards inspecting the house. The write up was very detailed with photographs depicting issues as well as photographs of examples for potential fixes. After inspection inquiries were also quickly answered when I was seeking a little more information and advice by Jim F. I have to applaud their team for handling some of the negative reviews on here calmly as I can't imagine dealing with some of these bizarre expectations... Anyway, they did right by me and I'm more than happy to recommend their services to friends and family!
Best Inspection, Inc is seriously the best. While closing on my first home I encountered an unexpected roadblock, and needed an Energy Rating done ASAP in order to salvage the closing date. Every other energy rater was booked out a month or more, but Jim found the time to get my rating done in a couple days. Jim was professional, kind, and informative throughout the process; without him, my closing date would have been pushed out a month or more, and I possibly would have lost the purchase. 10/10 experience, I will always use Best Inspection, Inc for any of my future needs, and would recommend them to everyone.
These guys are great. They did the inspection on my new home. After moving into my home I called with questions. I'm a first time home buyer and had a lot. Even though they don't have ties with me anymore since their job is done, they answer my calls and come to my home to help. They even came on Thanksgiving to look at something I needed help with.
