Wanted to give a shout out to Jeff for his awesome customer service. I brought in an entry door ordered with the wrong swing. There was a hiccup in the placement of the glass in the new door, which he took care of like a pro, and even threw in the threshold extension I needed for my trouble. This is the kind of service that earns my loyalty; I’ll definitely think of them first for future needs.
BMS was great to work with, start to finish. Rick did a great job managing everything and capturing all of the details for replacing all of the windows in our home. Had a few installation issues that became apparent after the fact, but BMS was great about coming back to fix EVERYTHING to our satisfaction. Bottom line, our new windows looks amazing, the install and finished product was professional, and we would use BMS again.
