I live in a condo building with unique security concerns based on lack of WiFi access that make it hard to address our ongoing security issues. Thomas at CSI is the first person I reached who answered the phone personally and was able to speak to me with intimate knowledge of the building challenges and possible solutions in a professional concise manner. He then offered to write up a rough estimate to be considered by our hoa board association and sent it to me in less than 30 minutes to get a consult started. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient. Thank you Thomas.

CIS is amazing. Excellent customer service!! They are immediately responsive and always willing to help. I have always been overly satisfied with the service they provide and their willingness to go above and beyond to not only fix the issues but to also make sure you are happy with the your system and its functionality. I love my new Vivint security system. Adam was very friendly when explaining the different options available for my home. After selecting the system he had two technicians at my home for the inspection within 15 minutes. The techs were the best I’ve ever worked with, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and I enjoyed having them in my home. They went above and beyond and I’d recommend this company to anyone looking for a good security system.

I feel so much safer with our Vivint system. Installer was polite and explained how to use the system and I feel this was a great investment.

Very satisfied with the work done. Our technician was very helpful throughout the process.

I had their systems installed at two addresses in Aug. 2025. The systems routinely failed to notify me of large animals (moose) in my yard, despite their claims that their systems pick up animals over 65 pounds. In addition, the system began failing to notify me about vehicles entering and leaving my driveway. Also, it would regularly fail to 'notify' me when I moved from my vehicle to my door, or vice-versa. In addition, they assured me that I would receive one bill, despite having equipment at two locations. That was NOT the case, they were billing me separately for each location. It took them over a month to remove the equipment when I notified them I wished to cancel service. - Dave Childers Reply

I made my request for an ADT system and 2 days later I have a brand new security system installed and protecting my home and family. JAMEY and Eric were the techs who installed my system and did a great job. Very professional. After the install, JAMEY spent the time making sure I understood my system and how it works. I must say that I do feel safer. Thank you JAMEY and ADT!

I have used ADT for 11 years and have been very happy with them. I have recently moved and I have installed ADT again in my new home. Jamie my installer went above and beyond today to set up my security system exactly as I wanted it to be. I can’t say enough about the customer service I have received over the years, especially today! I wouldn’t mess around with any other security company, ADT is the best.

We had Jamey and Joshua come out do the install. These 2 gentlemen were Respectful, Engaged in showing us every aspect if our system and Knowledgeable.
