Drain Master -very good communication. I was happy to know when the technician will be coming to my house. The technician comes on time. Who was a good personality/hard working person.The office lady who called me was super nice also. Price is up front -clear and reasonable. English is my second language, but I had no problems with them. I strongly recommend-“ Drain Master”.

I live in the basement of a house and the laundry room drain and shower drain started backing up. Called them! We had a guy here in 3 hours! He was able to snake it out and fixed it super quick! Appreciate the speed of the repair and ability to get someone here in a timely manner. Thank you!

Dispatch was friendly and responsive and the plumbers they sent were professional and knowledgeable. I had a leak in my tub, the first visit they replaced the gasket in the drain with the proper size gasket, they told me to keep an eye on it and if it still leaked to call them. On the second trip they found that it was also leaking through another gasket which will eventually be a bigger repair but they were able to do a temporary fix until I can get the funds to repair it. I was happy that they were able to give me an option as these things are always unexpected! Happy to have a "go to" plumber for the next unplanned repair!

I cannot express how thankful I am to this company and the plumber Curtis they sent out. He was honest, friendly, and a true plumber. Curtis solved a problem in minutes that two competitors could not solve in hours. The time and money he saved my family will not be forgotten. Thank you so much.

Jesse was able to come over within 1hr from my call and, that itself was surprisingly good. He was knowledgeable and was ready for repair. Had the correct item in the truck and altogether service value was excellent. Convenience at its best. I would use them again and recommend!

Matt installed a new furnace and fixed the ductwork for the adjacent hot water heater. They were fast, efficient and clean. Removed all the old parts, left us with a case of new filters and explained the new system. Highly recommend them.

After calling them last winter for a furnace that stopped working they did show up a lot quicker than expected, which was greatly appreciated. Had to call them for an issue recently, furnace still under warranty, and they did honor it. They have been professional and friendly.
