NORTH COUNTRY STOVES ANCHORAGE REVIEWS

Called the friendly folks at north Country Stove to get our wood stove (fireplace) insert and chimney cleaned. Michael Anderson was our service tech and he was thorough, polite, clean, and explained everything. We learned so much about our fireplace, how to care for it, what kind of wood to look for, etc. He was incredibly knowledgeable and we'll definitely use North Country Stoves again.

Great job as usual by these guys. Alex did a yearly maintenance for our 2 home stoves. Efficient, competent, friendly service is the norm. Happy customer here.

I used North Country Stoves for a mandated chimney/fireplace inspection, and it was super painless. They were able to book me in on relatively short notice and Ryan was super professional and tidy. I'll be using them for my annual inspections from now on.

Dave , the owner of the business replaced a new insert of our old fireplace recently. We showed him the condition of the old fireplace, he gave us options on what to buy or put, and also redirected us to the supplier's website, without any pressure to buy. Installation was done professionally, on time, and we were quite satisfied with the results. One thing 'bout him, he'll communicate with us within a short period of time, if there were questions or minor problems that occurred. Because of this, I had recommended his services to our neighbors here in our condominium.

David and his crew are amazing! My chimney was leaking and needed to be fixed but we didn’t have the money at the time. David covered the chimney for the season and then the moment we could afford it he fixed the chimney and added a new, more efficient fireplace insert for us as well. We are very, very happy with the outcome and cannot recommend these guys enough.

Dave and his son are true professionals. They came prepared, took care to keep the work area clean, proceeded efficiently, and did a quality job in a timely manner. I recommend them without hesitation.

Marlon did such an excellent job! He was professional, kind and very thorough. He took the time to answer questions about our wood stove and was careful when cleaning it not to get soot anywhere. We will definitely use J&K and Marlon again and would recommend their services.

Matt came out and cleaned my dryer vent and duct work in my condo. He was very polite and showed up on time and got the job done quickly. He did such a good job I asked him to come and do my new house. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I recommend using this company for cleaning vents in your house. Awesome customer service and the technician took the time to explain things to me about my vents.
