OUTSTANDING! I am from out-of-state and called Labos. I needed a very special gourmet gift basket for a friend who was just released from the hospital. I spoke with Karen, she listened to what I wanted and asked intelligent questions about my friend's preferences. The basket was delivered promptly as promised and my friend said, "Wow! This gift basket is just PERFECT! It's filled with everything I love: fresh fruit, olives, cheese, nuts, salami, sausage, and all kinds of decadent and delightful food." Her daughter commented, "Without a doubt, the BEST gift basket I have every seen." Thank you Labo's, and Karen, for making my friend's return home extra special!

I haven't been to Labo's for years as I no longer live in Joliet, IL, but they are in the same place and as always do a fantastic job with competitive prices. Extremely happy that I chose them for my event.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my mother who ordered a basket of greenery as a condolence gift. She was impressed by the knowledge and expertise of the Labo’s staff and also the beauty of the arrangement. The arrangement was delivered same day!! Like
