I called DML Locks when I accidentally locked myself out of our house. The call was answered by a live person who told me I would be contacted shortly by a lock technician. Barely 5 minutes after I hung up I received a call from Alaina who let me know she would arrive in 20 minutes. Within 20 minutes she arrived and had unlocked the front door for me. She also made two keys for the door before she left. The entire process took less than 45 minutes from my initial call. She was professional, courteous, and provided great service at a great value. I highly endorse and recommend DML locks.
