Responds right away. I ran into a problem trying to replace entry door knob and deadbolt myself so needed a quick response before a holiday weekend. They arrived in aprox 20 mins and in under an hour all locks replaced. The price was more than reasonable. Cheaper than 2 other Elgin places I’ve used. Would highly recommend.

Worked great the first time with 5 keys! Very convenient if you don’t need the keys immediately. You make them on the self service machine in a store, then wait about 3 days for them to arrive in a secure package in the mail. Excellent experience and I loved the colored key choices to keep things organized!

Needed extra keys, found your kiosk at Menards, got some keys cut. Very quick and easy! All keys worked fine.
