Although not completed very often always a dreaded experience needing a duplicate key made... Using the kiosk was fast, easy and a positive experience! My heart sank a little after the kiosk initially stated I had a specialty key not stocked in the machine...and then it informed me it would be shipped! YES! LOVE IT! BEST IDEA EVER! thanks!

This worked out great! Although the kiosk was not able to make my key, I appreciated the quick shipment of the key. I tried it right away, no issues. Hopefully I won't lose this backup. Thanks
