We purchased a home that Jamie and his team constructed in the Pine Island area and the house is home for us and has fit our families needs. The craftsmanship is premier and we've continued to have a helpful relationship with the builder. Premier is experienced and responsive to questions with designing projects around the house and is helpful with wear and tear that occurs within a home.

We had a baby on the way and a short time to have a home to welcome him in to. Premier Builders really came through for us. We moved in on the 4th of July and brought our newest addition home less than a week later. Jamie really came through for us at a time when we really needed it!

We had a large deck that was 38 years old and needed to be replaced. I contacted Hoyer and Mike came to see what we wanted and to give us an estimate. After presenting our options and discussing our wants Mike got back to us in a timely manner. The price was very competitive ( we had 4 estimates) and they could start pretty much right away. From the start (removing the old boards and railings) to completion took only 3 days. Communication was unbelievable as there were a few things that needed to be discussed after the old deck was off. I never was left to wonder what was happening. The crew worked very efficiently, politely, and were very respectful of our property. At the end of each day my yard was left very clean. My deck was surrounded by Hostas and truthfully, I was expecting them to be destroyed. I was very pleasantly surprised to see that they were still as good after as before. I would highly recommend Hoyer Construction and will not hesitate to have them do other projects should l need.

Hoyer replaced my patio door last week and did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. I had fast, reliable service and they completed the project within two weeks of my initial contact with the company. Very competent and professional staff. I would hire them again for future home improvement projects.

Ben and his workers were knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant. They demolished my old garage and built a new one with little to no inconvenience to me. I would recommend them, in fact we talked about a driveway next summer.
