3 Best Furniture Stores in Rochester, MN

Had a really great experience here when I needed to purchase a ton of furniture for a new apartment. Isabelle helped me and she was super friendly, knowledgeable, and yet not pushy at all. We took our time and found some really good Black Friday deals. Would definitely go here again next time I need to buy any furniture.

What a great experience! New to town, I needed a couch yesterday. Went to all the furniture stores in Rochester and altho everyone was nice, the selection I could take home was very, very limited. Stopped at Slumberland on my way out of town and I'm so glad I did! Moses(?) was knowledgeable and patient as I plopped my big tired butt on couches thruout the store and when I found one I loved, he arranged for me to buy a stock item off the floor. Thank you Slumberland! You have made a loyal, very happy customer.

We had the best experience from start to finish! The selection at the store is comparable to chain stores but the staff made the experience. Scott helped us through selecting our couch and chair and helped us customize it to be exactly what we wanted. The wait time was reasonable (only a few weeks including the holidays!) and fell exactly within the timeframe that Scott estimated for us. Delivery certainly was white glove as well, with the friendly Jason and Ben doing a fantastic job of navigating a tight doorway to get our new furniture set up right where we envisioned. So excited to have our living room all set up for the holiday season.

Carl A. our salesman was excellent to work with. We needed several rooms of furniture and he was able to order pieces we would find at Furniture Superstore and even pieces we would find at other stores. He was always helpful in matching and beating competitor’s pricing and being straight forward with delivery dates. Carl has a super attitude…friendly and never pushy. We love all our furniture and are very satisfied.

The customer service was great! I bought a table set from here and had some trouble building/getting the chair cushion to sit flat on its base. When I called the store hoping to get some guidance, they happily offered to have one of their employees take a look and fix it! I brought it to the store and Rod was able to get the chair put together in minutes.
