FIRST STEPS ACADEMY REVIEWS

My son has attended First Steps for the better part of 5 years now. If you're a parent, you know that finding a care facility that you are comfortable keeping your child at for nearly 5 years is very rare. The amount of knowledge he has learned and retained is insane. All of the staff (administration down to classroom level) are so sweet, patient and kind to him, and to us as his parents. When we walk in to the building every day, any teacher that passes us greets him by name with a smile, even teachers that I don't know and have never had him in a classroom. The teachers that work here absolutely have a passion for caring for and teaching young children and I would recommend First Steps to anyone!

My experience with the big Steps building has been nothing short of wonderful between the teachers/ directors, everyone has been very loving to my child and encouraging/ supportive to me in my journey as a parent/single mom! My two year old looks forward to coming each day and talks about his friends and teachers outside of care which to me says so much ! Also huge shout out to Faith Medes the current directors at big steps .. she’s nothing short of amazing! She truly cares about you and your child and it shows in her dedicated work and kind approach! Love her !!! Very very thankful to have ended up here !!.

We love the care and attention we receive at First Steps. My kiddo loves her teachers and is particularly fond of Mrs. Kaylea. She is wonderful every kid and parent.

We are very thankful we found CSA in kasson! We have had our toddler there for 6 months and have really enjoyed the experience all around. The staff is always smiling and friendly. Watching them interact with the kids, you can see how much they truly care about them. As parents we love the app they use to communicate with. Staff will list the activities they did, outside time, food & snacks, diapers, pictures, tuition payments. It really is nice and puts your mind at ease. I'd highly recommend checking them out.

CSA kasson truly has been such a blessing for our family. I can tell the staff really like their job and love our son as much as we do. They use an app that keeps me updated all day, which keeps my anxiety at ease. My son gets excited to go every morning, which also makes it easier on me to know he loves going there.do!

Our toddler has been with Creative Stars Academy since they opened the Kasson location. Super convenient location with wonderful staff and office personnel! We get daily updates and love seeing all the pictures sent every week, along with the arts and crafts they do!

The staff is caring, attentive, and always goes above and beyond to make sure our child feels safe, loved, and engaged. We’ve seen so much growth in our child—socially, emotionally, and academically. The curriculum is thoughtful and age-appropriate, blending learning with fun. We also appreciate the strong communication and the warm, inclusive environment they create for both kids and parents. We couldn’t be happier with our choice!.

Eureka Kids family is an ideal place for every busy parent’s childcare needs. The staff at the facility are very compassionate, dedicated and devoted for the exceptional care of the little ones entrusted unto them. They create a very safe, supportive, and enriching environment for the children to grow. They give each parent whose child is under their care, constant updates on the daily activities of the child. I highly recommend Eureka Kids family to any parent who needs childcare.

We love our Eureka family! The communication is amazing, we love seeing updates about our kiddo on their Procare app, and they are constantly doing activities and educational play with the kids (even in infant rooms). It has been clear since day one that childcare is more of a calling than a job for everyone at this center.
