I highly recommend using Tilson's. I typically work with Steve and he always gets my vehicle in and repaired so quickly. They are always so accommodating with my schedule. In addition Steve does an amazing job working with our warranty company to ensure my vehicle is always in the best operating condition. Car repairs are a headache and the team at Tilson's truly make the process easy. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Thank you Tilson's.

The first time I took my vehicle to Tilsons it was because they were the closest to me, and I was worried about driving my car any further. The work they did to the car and the customer service I experienced is why I bring all my vehicles there still. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and in all of my experiences, they get the work done fast. I would recommend them without a doubt, to anyone needing service to their vehicle.

We always have our family's cars serviced here. They are on time, courteous and knowledgeable. Today I learned that I did NOT need tires that another dealership told me I needed. Erin spoke in length with me about my tire tread and we viewed my tires together. I never feel rushed there. Couldn't more highly recommend them.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I was visiting from Wisconsin and realized I had an issue with my vehicle. I was recommended to call Babcock Auto care. I called and talked to Ben, he suggested what might be the problem, was able to squeeze my vehicle in for repair, fixed it in a timely manner and I was able to drive home with confidence that my vehicle was now running properly. Every staff member I talked with was extremely kind and helpful. I felt confident that I was getting very good service and I very well cared for. If I lived in the area I definitely would bring my vehicle here for routine maintenance and any other issues I might have.

Outstanding company! van broke down and we live 7 hours away me and my family of 6 , called them and they had our vehicle towed and picked us up within the hour. Amazing customer service! they were busy that day and they managed to squeeze us in after moving their schedule around. I would highly recommend Babcock auto care. These guys will get you in and out with a high level of quality service.

Excellent service! I had my engine replaced. Communication was great. They allowed me to drop off and pick up the car on Saturdays which was very helpful since I live far away.

They break down repairs into “needs asap” and “should do soonish” so I can prioritize my budget and the maintenance of my primary mode of transportation. You guys are great. Only suggestion I have would be to text me the extra cost it’s going to be when you run into problems so I always know what my running balance is going to be without me asking. Not a big deal. You always work with me and do a great job and look out for me trying to keep the cost down but making it safe to drive. Thanks for the great service and sincere dedication.
