Tony came a few hours after I called and was very informative and extremely kind. He went above and beyond assisting me with programming a new key from my vehicle as well as jump starting my car. Teaching me a little bit about the batteries and he even went as far as testing out my batteries and checking on another key fob I was having troubles with. He is very knowledgeable and super sweet. I would definitely recommend him and Killeen Locksmith to everyone!

They were able to do my brother's Mercedes. There was an issue with the key after he left but he came right back the next day to fix it. The guy was professional and respectful.
