called Mark, picked up immediately. needed a spare key programmed, wanted me to come over at my convienance. but quickly called back after he realized the particulars of my car model and possible problems (possibly even bricking the vehicle) and directed me to the dealer. shows some knowledge that other services i called didn't have

I called for estimate and Mark was very patient, professional and not quick to take money. In fact he gave me a lower estimate and was honest that I did not need all the work done I originally had asked. I highly recommend him as character and honesty speaks volumes of a person. I will definitely be using Matk again.

Mark is the guy to call if locked out! He got to my house in 15 mins got my car unlocked in less then 5. If I ever get locked out I know who to call. I called 4 other lock smiths and he had the best price he deserves nothing less then 5 stars.
