He came within an hour of calling, on a Sunday when everyone else was closed. With the windchill being -24 degrees outside, he arrived very quickly. We had a key snap off in the lock of our front door, and he was able to remove the key and reinstall the lock. He was very kind and respectful, and we will be calling again when we find ourselves in need.

Jeff is AMAZING! He was able to be contacted nice and EARLY to fix a broken deadbolt. Inside the home were 2 doggies in crates needing to "go". Within minutes the door was open and doggies were good!!! No accidents either. Plus Jeff offered to fix deadbolt. So kind!!!! Fully recommend them!!!

Called after business hours when it was freezing cold- Jeff made it to us within 20 minutes and had my car unlocked within seconds. Can't say enough about this guy or this company! Definitely recommend and am so thankful they helped me
