Let me start by saying that I did not know if the stains in my car could be cleansed. I have a 4 year old and he tends to drop juice, crackers, chips…everything in my back seat. I called Outstanding Car Detailing and spoke with Mack he was so professional and very quick to get me in his schedule within days and even right after a holiday. DJ was the one who detailed my car, also very professional. I joke and told him if he couldn’t clean my car then I’m just going to get rid of it somehow. I thought a team of people detailed my car but it was only DJ and he did an OUTSTANDING job!! I’d highly recommend again and again and again! I have fallen back in love with my car.

I was initially excited, but when I got my car back for the first time, I was disappointed. The quality didn’t match the expectations set by the reviews. What truly sets this company apart, however, is their commitment to customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to make things right. Even though I had only purchased a wax and wash, the owner personally stepped in when he heard I was unhappy. He not only cleaned my vehicle himself but also upgraded my package to the ceramic treatment! I was truly impressed. I will definitely be returning!
