Our tech, Ross, was very personable and knowledgeable. He checked our entire house, troubleshooting for any other issues, before addressing the things he was scheduled to repair. He presented everything clearly and concisely, offering options where applicable. He worked efficiently and was respectful of our property. I have also been exceptionally pleased with the fact that the company stays in constant communication. I get texts and emails and reminders of my appointment times, I get phone calls alerting me that the tech is on his way. My initial appointment visit had to be rescheduled, but they called as soon as their conflict arose, and were very gracious to work with my schedule.

Ross came by our house to fix a plumbing issue. Very pleasant and professional to work with. Communication was great at every stage from him and from the company. He also identified several items we may want to get fixed in the future. Great experience and look forward to working with them again.
