Love these guys. Had a water heater go out in my tenant's condo and they were able to replace it within a few days and came in $200 under what they quoted me. It's great to see a company actually charge you what the job required vice try to gouge you for every dollar. My tenant's garbage disposal went out and they were able to get out the very next morning so I highly recommend them for both schedule & price.

I called IPS in January of 2023 for help repairing a leaking faucet fixture. They were responsive and easy to schedule with. When Derek arrived (precisely at the scheduled time), he made quick work of the repair, having arrived with the required parts already on hand. Professional, courteous and efficient. I’ll be calling them for all of our plumbing needs in the future.
